Review:

Well, just when I think this series couldn’t get any better, Kalayna Price comes out with a new Alex Craft book that’s even more interesting to make me obsess over it for days. I LOVE this series! It’s a must-read for paranormal romance fans. The ending is bomb-dropping, come-at-you-from-outta-nowhere, amazing! Totally didn’t see it coming but loved it all the more.

Alex Craft is a strong, badass female, even if she may not feel like it. That’s part of what makes me like her character so much. She doesn’t whine and complain about everything and she’s not overly confident in herself either. She has major relationship issues and struggles with things just as normal people do which makes her character more realistic and down-to-earth.

I wish Alex’s friends were included more in Grave Destiny. They had a minor part in one chapter, and that’s all we saw from them throughout the whole book. This was kind of a let-down because the gang of supporting characters really adds more to the overall story.

There are lots of hot hunks in Alex’s life, making it difficult to decide who I want her to end up with. They’re all so great! I’m in love with Prince Dugan and I hope to see a lot more of him in the future. Death will always be my favorite because I think his personality is the best fit for Alex. Falin though….I don’t know, I think he could be the one for her. Who knows what’s next for Alex Craft? Im impatiently waiting for the next book so I can find out!

Book Blurb:

Grave witch Alex Craft can speak to the dead, and that makes her a dangerous enemy for anyone with something to hide. . . .

Alex is still trying to come to terms with her changing powers and her growing ties to Faerie when a case she’d rather avoid falls right into her lap. A fae prince desperately needs Alex to investigate a politically sensitive murder. She reluctantly agrees to the case, taking FIB agent Falin Andrews along as her backup.

But as Alex begins to delve into the mystery, she realizes that the intricate web of alliances and intrigue in the Faerie courts is strained to its limits. War is about to break out, one that threatens to spill over into the mortal realm. This murder is tied right to the center of centuries-old arcane unrest, and if Alex isn’t careful she may follow the twisting path ahead of her right into her grave end.
